Summer Camp 2010 Volunteer Application Center

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

The deadline for submitting your application is May 7th, 2010
You will be notified within 14 days of your application submittal of your
acceptance. If you do not hear by then, please email volunteers@jaytv.com

Volunteers must purchase a Volunteer Deposit Ticket before completing this
application. If you are not accepted as a volunteer, you will be refunded
for the Deposit. These will be Will-Call Only tickets.

Must be able to provide proof of age at the time of check-in at the
fesival: all volunteers must be at least 18 years of age by the date of
festival.

Volunteers will be required to work a minimum of three (3) five-hour shifts
during the weekend (a total of 15 hours). After completing all of your
shifts, you will receive a full refund of your Volunteer Deposit Ticket . For
Volunteer Deposit Tickets purchased via credit card, refunds will be credited
within 14 working days following the festival. ONLY Volunteer Deposit Tickets
can be refunded, NOT general 3-Day passes.

If you do not complete all three shifts, or 15 hours of work, you will
receive no refund.
